Synectix is now a Mitel MSA Member

Synectix now is a member of the Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA). The company's falgship product - Call-A-Matic is now listed on Mitel's Global Solutions Catalog (GSC) as a product which successfully integrates with Mitel's communication portfolio. The Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) is a comprehensive program enabling a wide range of third-party partners (3PPs) to successfully create products and services that integrate and / or interoperate with Mitel’s core business communications portfolio. Mitel's sales channel uses the Mitel GSC as a one-stop information source for Mitel-interoperable products.

Synectix opens its new facility

Synectix today opened its new facility located at Milford, Connecticut. Synectix which is a subsidiary of Synectic Telecom, India will market all its products in North America through Synectix, LLC, USA. Hitherto, the Synectix products were being sold and serviced by EZ Advantage Corp. This change has been necessitated with the merging of the manufacturing operations located in India with the US distribution / support operations. The integration and blending of respective strengths and capabilities will enable the company to optimise the manufacturing infrastructure with the simple aim of delivering more products backed up by the best customer support capability in the industry. Dave Mazza, Vice President, Sales will head the operations in Synectix. Previously, Dave was the Vice President of Sales in EZ Advantage. With this strategic move Synectix aims to be a leader in the highly lucrative PBX peripherals market of USA.
